NFL Week 15: Beckham & other players on injured

The New York Giants did well to defeat the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, though it did come at a hefty cost: wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who tore his left quadriceps and was ruled out for the rest of the season, is likely to miss not only this weekend’s clash with the Dallas Cowboys, but also the start of training camp in the summer.

Beckham’s injury prompted head coach Pat Shurmur to declare his offense “grounded and limited,” but this would actually appear to be an understatement: The Giants list Beckham on their inactive list for every game this season, according to CBSSports.com, but he has been active for only three games — in Week 14 vs. the Los Angeles Chargers, Week 3 vs. the Washington Redskins and Week 5 vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
